1. How does the drop system work?

We work with periodic and limited releases (drops), carefully designed and produced in small quantities. Each drop is unique and available while stocks last.

2. Are items restocked?

No, once sold out, items from a drop are not restocked. This is a deliberate choice: we want to maintain the uniqueness of each release and produce only what is needed.

3. Where are the garments produced?

All our garments are entirely handmade in the heart of Tuscany, in our workshop, following sartorial methods and a rigorous selection of materials.

4. How do I choose the right size?

Each product page contains a size guide with detailed measurements. If you have any doubts, contact us: we will be happy to advise you on the most suitable size.

5. How long does it take to receive an order?

We ship within a maximum of 5 business days. We operate on a small scale, so each order is handled with care. You will receive an email with tracking as soon as the package is shipped.

6. Can I return or exchange a product?

Certainly. You have 14 days from delivery to make a return or exchange. The item must be intact, unworn, and in its original packaging.
